At the 2021 academic annual meeting of the American Society of industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Dr. Zhou Xing Chi, a management school of our school, was invited to make an online exchange report on his academic paper, COVID-19's work happiness structure: Based on the theory of conservation of resources. Its research results have received wide attention and praise from experts, scholars and people in the industry.
During the meeting, Dr. Zhou Xingchi took the initiative to communicate and discuss with experts and scholars on the current situation of discipline construction, joint training of postgraduates, academic resource sharing and joint project application of the school of management, and invited relevant experts and scholars to come to our school for academic exchange and guidance at their convenience.
