Chen Su (Female, Han ethnicity) is a member of the Communist Party of China, holding a Doctor of Management degree and the title of Professor. She currently serves as a full-time faculty member and Master’s supervisor at the School of Management, Wuhan Textile University.

Her teaching portfolio primarily covers undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Principles of Accounting, Internal Control and Risk Management, and Entrepreneurial Finance. Throughout her years of pedagogical practice, she has consistently upheld the educational philosophy of “ fostering virtue through education and mutual growth between teaching and learning”, with a focus on cultivating a “mentor-friend” teacher-student relationship. By continuously exploring pedagogical innovation, she has been recognized with honors such as the “Excellence Award for Teaching Quality” and the title of “Most Popular Teacher Among Students at Wuhan Textile University”, in recognition of her rigorous academic approach, profound professional expertise, innovative teaching methodologies, and impactful educational outcomes.

Research Interests: Financial Management, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship Education.

Chen Su has presided over 5 projects, including National Social Science Project, Hubei Provincial Teaching and Research Project, Hubei Provincial Humanities and Social Science Project, and Hubei Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Project. Additionally, she has participated in 5 national and ministerial/provincial-level scientific research and teaching research projects, among which one project was awarded the First Prize of Hubei Provincial Higher Education Research Achievements. In terms of teaching research, she has led or participated in 6 teaching research projects. As the first completer, she has won one Second Prize and two Third Prizes of the Textile Higher Education Teaching Achievement Awards issued by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. She has published over 10 academic papers in core domestic and international journals, such as “Jianghan Forum”, “Enterprise Economy”, “Journal of Business Research”, and “Management Decision”. In student guidance, she has instructed students to win 5 Provincial Bronze Awards in the “Challenge Cup” National College Students’ Entrepreneurship Plan Competition.
