PROFILE
Dr. Huihui Xia was born in June 1994 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Currently. Dr. Xia holds the position of Lecturer and Master’s Supervisor at the School of Management, Wuhan Textile University.
Dr. Xia obtained a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) in 2023. Specializing in China's resource and environmental challenges, Dr. Xia maintains a focused research agenda on atmospheric pollution control and governance. Dr. Xia has led one Philosophy and Social Science Research Project funded by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education. Additional contributions include authoring a chapter for Huangshan UNESCO Global Geopark Study Travel Guidebook and participating in several significant initiatives, such as the National Social Science Fund project Research on the Impact of Technological Progress on Haze Pollution in China, alongside regional planning projects including The Overall Plan for the Development of Jiaxian Red Cattle Industry (2021–2030), The Enhancement of the Popular Science Interpretation System at Huangshan UNESCO Global Geopark, and Investigation and Assessment of Geoheritage at Tongren UNESCO Global Geopark.
