Research Profile

Dr. Han Xiaoyu specializes in corporate finance, corporate governance, and auditing, with a focus on risk management and information disclosure. He is particularly interested in the application of data-driven methods and emerging technologies—such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI)—to develop intelligent auditing frameworks and corporate risk early-warning systems.

He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a solid academic foundation in accounting and business management from Huazhong Agricultural University.

Selected Publications

Dr. Han has published in internationally recognized journals including Energy Economics, as well as leading Chinese academic journals such as Accounting Research and China Soft Science. His research contributes to both theoretical and empirical discussions in corporate governance and audit innovation.

Research Projects

He has participated in multiple research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Foundation of China, focusing on interdisciplinary themes that bridge technology, governance, and risk control.

Professional Service

Dr. Han serves as a Council Member of the Data Asset Branch of the China Business Accounting Society, where he supports academic exchange and advances the development of data-driven accounting and intelligent finance.
