I obtained my PhD under Professor Yang Du, one of the "Six Gentlemen" behind The Huawei Basic Law. Under his guidance, I studied knowledge
related to corporate practice and gained relevant experience in corporate consulting and training. During my overseas study, I was mentored by Professor Peter PingLi, a tenured professor at CBS, learning content such as case study and the theory of Yin-Yang balance, and conducting in-depth research on case study methods and complex thinking. Currently, I serve as a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, School of Management, Wuhan Textile University; Director of the Undergraduate Teaching Center; Senior Training Lecturer for management sandbox courses at Beijing Zhiben Consulting Co., Ltd.; Director of Beijing Zhiben Consulting Co., Ltd. (Hubei Region).
Publications:
In recent years, I have published over 20 academic papers, 1 sole-authored monograph, and co-edited 2 books; I also contributed 2 papers (2nd author) to edited essay collections. I have led 1 humanities and social sciences project of Hubei Provincial Department of Education, 1 general and 1 key project of Hubei’s key research base (Enterprise Decision Support Center), and multiple university-level funds. I have presided over 3 horizontal projects (total funding: ¥550,000) and participated in completing another 3 horizontal projects.
