Biography：

Xue Wang holds a PhD in Business Administration from the School of Management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Her research focuses on technical economy and innovation management, knowledge innovation, digital transformation, and national innovation governance. She has presided over 1 provincial and ministerial-level humanities and social sciences project, and participated as a core member in multiple major projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China and National Natural Science Foundation of China. The expert proposal "Suggestions for the Sustained Improvement of China's Global Innovation Index", which she led the drafting of, was approved and published by the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education.
